By using Faceless B-Roll, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Facless B-Roll provides AI-powered video generation including:

  • AI-generated video content creation
  • Video scheduling and management
  • Instagram integration for posting
  • Caption and hashtag generation
  • Video storage and hosting

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security and confidentiality
  • All activities under your account
  • Providing accurate information
  • You must be 18+ to use this service

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Payments processed through Stripe
  • No refunds for partial months
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Content Ownership

Your Content:

You retain ownership of videos you create. By using our service, you grant us license to store and process your content.

Our Content:

The service, AI models, and features are owned by Quantum Canvas and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Spread misinformation or harmful content
  • Violate platform terms (Instagram, etc.)
  • Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the service
  • Resell our service without authorization

7. Instagram Integration

When connecting Instagram:

  • You authorize us to post on your behalf
  • You remain responsible for posted content
  • You must comply with Instagram's Terms
  • You can disconnect anytime

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or suspend access for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Service provided "as is" without warranties
  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months
  • Not responsible for third-party services

10. Termination

Either party may terminate. You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts for violations or terminate with 30 days notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by US law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
